Academic Nursing Specialist with Master's Degree as Employee for Nursing Development at DRK Clinics Berlin

You mean something to us - just as you are. As an employee in nursing development, you take on a central role in accompanying academically qualified nursing specialists in the sense of a Clinical Nurse Facilitator. You support them in strengthening their professional competencies and transferring nursing science findings into practice. Together with our dynamic team, you actively shape the further development of nursing quality. You work both in the DRK Sisterhood Berlin e.V. and at all locations of the DRK Clinics Berlin, getting to know the diversity of our facilities directly on site.

• You work regularly in the clinical setting and support the implementation of innovative nursing concepts on site
• You participate in the strategic further development of nursing and work in interdisciplinary projects, working groups, and research initiatives
• You are responsible for interface management between different professional groups, areas, and facilities
• You design further training courses and specialist days and guide colleagues in the sense of inquiry-based learning (e.g., in journal clubs or project tutorials)
• You accompany our colleagues in finding their role in the sense of a Clinical Nurse Facilitator
• You represent the perspective of health professions in internal and external committees

• Completed training as a nursing specialist / female nurse*male nurse
• Master's degree in nursing science or nursing education
• Several years of practical experience in direct care
• Experience in project management and knowledge of the healthcare system
