Special education teacher / primary school teacher with special education experience at ZSPR

Part-time role at the Centre for Educational and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (ZSPR). The state-recognised Schule am Westend provides educational, social and therapeutic support for pupils with special educational needs in years 3 to 10. Teaching focuses on years 3 to 6. The aim is to help pupils return to mainstream schools.

• Teach subjects mainly in years 3 to 6, following your teaching qualification and our curriculum
• Support pupils' return to mainstream schooling
• Join team meetings, staff consultations, clinical rounds and supervision sessions with teachers, special education teachers, educators, social educators, specialist therapists, psychotherapists and doctors
• Advise and support pupils and their parents through parent meetings, and contribute to school projects and events
• Work with schools, youth welfare offices, advisory services such as SIBUZ, and youth welfare providers

• Completed teaching degree in any subject, with at least the first state examination and state recognition as a teacher
• Special education skills and experience in assessment and individual support
