Integration Expert / Social Pedagogue / Nursing Professional as Integration Coach for International Nursing Staff

As an integration coach, you will accompany our international nursing professionals at the start of their careers in Germany and support them in settling into their new work environment. We have already recruited and successfully integrated nursing professionals from Vietnam, the Philippines, Colombia and Albania. In doing so, we noticed: Especially in the initial period there are many questions, challenges and organisational hurdles where our "Internationals" need support. That's exactly what we're looking for you for!

• You support our international nursing staff, among other things, with appointments and correspondence with the immigration office, when applying for the recognition notice, when looking for a flat and when setting up
• You prepare the ward teams for international colleagues through intercultural competence training
• You organise leisure activities, language courses, feedback talks and much more
• You work closely with colleagues from our biz education centre for nursing professions within the framework of adaptation courses

• Completed degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy
• Or completed training as a nursing professional
• Good English skills
