As a phlebotomist in the blood collection service, you draw blood from our patients on various wards and in the Medical Admission Center (MAZ) in outpatient consultations and insert accesses. You work independently but are always part of our team. With your work you make an important contribution to the good care of our patients and noticeably support our doctors in their daily work. • You draw blood from our patients and insert peripheral venous accesses
• You inform patients before the procedure, calm possible anxieties and monitor well-being after the draw
• Even when deployed on different wards, you belong closely to the teams and are not alone with questions

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant / MFA / Medical Assistant
• Or: Student of Medicine / Medical Student / Started Medical Studies / Student Assistant
• Experience with blood draws
• Ideal but not required: Experience in inserting venous accesses
