Medical Radiology Technologist (MTR) / Nurse for Neurology / Neuroradiology

In the interventional neurology / neuroradiology unit of DRK Kliniken Berlin Westend, you work with state-of-the-art technology. You care for patients with expertise, ensure quality and documentation of results, and work closely with neurology, neuroradiology, nursing and physician colleagues. You join a newly formed team.

• You work sterile in the angiography suite and ensure all hygiene and safety standards are met
• You assist with catheter procedures and support the medical team throughout the procedure
• You carefully prepare required material such as catheters, stents and coils and make sure everything is complete and ready
• You administer medication such as heparin and sedatives as ordered and continuously monitor patients
• You are responsible for informing and caring for patients during diagnostics

• Completed vocational training recognized in Germany as a medical radiology technologist (MTRA / MTR) with current expert certification
• Or: Completed training as a nurse (Pflegefachperson / healthcare and nursing professional)
• Ideal but not required: work experience in functional diagnostics and/or neurology / neuroradiology; career starters are also welcome
