Field Sales Representative, Wholesale and Trade - NRW

Responsible for the sales process in postal code areas 40-42, 44-47 and 58-59, with a focus on acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers and expanding customer potential.

Manage a clearly defined sales process in postal code areas 40-42, 44-47 and 58-59; identify new business opportunities, actively acquire new customers and build long-term customer relationships; develop customer relationships by analyzing needs, defining sales activities and consistently implementing central agreements; work closely with inside sales, sales management and key account management; independently evaluate sales campaigns, continuously optimize activities, acquire new customers and expand existing customer potential.

Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with a focus on sales, business administration or a comparable field; relevant experience in field sales or sales consulting, preferably in the HVAC and plumbing sector; structured, solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility, reliability and analytical ability; strong communication and negotiation skills; willingness to travel and flexibility to support customers on site.
