Dussmann Service Germany is looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) for locations in the Hanover region. Permanent employment contract in an established family business. 30 days vacation, no shift work and no weekend work.

• Deployment as mobile service technician (m/f/d) for locations in the region
• Maintenance of building technical systems (focus on heating and sanitary technology, ventilation and refrigeration technology, as well as technical equipment in the roof and facade area)
• Execution and control of work according to DIN 31051, especially maintenance, inspection, and repair
• Conducting fault diagnostics, troubleshooting, detailed recording of repair needs (preparation for quotation)
• Supporting the site manager in organizing the operation of building technical systems
• Maintaining and updating fault, test, maintenance, and inspection reports

• Completed vocational training in mechatronics, plant mechanics, construction technology, as a mechanical engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• Further training as a building services technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the mentioned trades is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position desired
• Cross-trade knowledge of building technology as well as experience and knowledge in preventive fire protection an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, mobile computer systems, and CAFM systems
• Confident communication with customers and employees
• Confident and secure demeanor, as well as a communicative manner
• Driver's license class B or 3 and willingness to travel
• Willingness to stay overnight away from home
