Caretaker, Hannover

Full-time job as a caretaker at Dussmann Service Deutschland in Hannover. Permanent employment contract, Monday to Friday, starting immediately.

• Operating building technology systems
• Carrying out inspection rounds as part of requested building service tasks
• Small repairs to doors and windows as well as minor maintenance work
• Small moving services and rearranging furniture
• Helping with event services
• Care of paved and green areas as instructed
• Taking on on-call duty, also on weekends and public holidays

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or equivalent vocational training
• First practical knowledge in facility management is an advantage
• Ready-to-use IT skills (MS Office, CAFM systems)
• Very good German skills
• Proactive way of working
• Qualified person as elevator attendant according to TRBS 2181 and 3121 as well as
• Qualification as electrically skilled person for defined activities (EffT) is an advantage
• Confident and assured manner and a communicative nature
• Driving license class 3 or B
