What You'll Learn
- Cleaning in a retirement and nursing home (resident rooms, corridors and public areas)
- Disposal of medical waste in accordance with waste separation regulations
- Refilling and checking of hygiene articles
- Documentation of individual work processes
- Compliance with and implementation of regulations and instructions on work processes, cleaning techniques & hygiene guidelines
- Participation in regular training sessions
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in cleaning nursing homes
- Knowledge of applications and procedures for disinfection desirable
- Good German language skills written and spoken
- Reliability and sense of responsibility for sensitive work areas and processes
- Understanding, compassion and respect in dealing with people in need of care and the elderly
- Mandatory vaccination (measles & hepatitis) or willingness to vaccinate - mandatory for staff in health and care facilities
