• Conducting patrol service in the building as well as locking service and closure control
• Control of installed security technology
• Control of functionality of safety lighting
• Intervention in case of alarm and support in emergency situations
• Conducting and supporting elevator rescue and traffic safety
• Administration of public telephone and information in public traffic
• Exit control and door opening
• Administration of lost and found items

• Instruction according to §34a GewO
• Completion of 18 years of age
• Good German skills in word and writing
• Service-oriented interaction with customers
• Current first aid training or planned for medium term
• Team-oriented, independently working and assertive personality
