Dussmann Service Deutschland is looking for a foreman for building cleaning in Burghausen. Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, starting immediately, limited to 1 year with the option of being kept on.

• Organizing, managing and being responsible for cleaning in your own area
• Shaping staff planning and leading your own employees
• Maintaining reporting and documentation
• Monitoring working time rules, keeping to time targets, and time tracking and support for timely payroll
• Support with month-end closing, invoice preparation and ordering materials
• Site analysis and quality control
• Close cooperation with customer contacts on site
• Briefings and training for employees in your area

• A completed vocational training as a building cleaner (m/f/d) is desirable
• Several years of practical experience in building cleaning and in leading staff, preferably several years as a foreman
• Good German skills in speaking and writing required
• Basic knowledge of common office applications (e.g. MS Office)
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Reliability, commitment and a friendly, confident manner with our customers
