Cleaning Team Supervisor, IKEA, Berlin, ID: 15694

Dussmann Service Deutschland is seeking a cleaning team supervisor at the IKEA store in Berlin-Spandau. This permanent, full-time role starts on 16 November 2026 and involves 39 hours per week, spread across Monday to Saturday. Working hours fall between 06:00 and 16:00.

• Organise, manage, and take responsibility for cleaning in your assigned area
• Plan staffing and lead your team
• Maintain reports and documentation
• Monitor working time rules, ensure schedules are followed, record working hours, and help ensure payroll is completed on time
• Help with month end accounts, preparing invoices, and ordering supplies
• Assess the site and check cleaning quality
• Work closely with the customer's contacts on site
• Provide instructions and training for staff in your area

• Completed vocational training in building cleaning is desirable
• Several years of practical experience in building cleaning and staff management, preferably including several years as a supervisor
• Good German skills, at least B2 level
• Basic knowledge of common office software, such as Microsoft Office
• Strong focus on customers and service
• Reliability, willingness to work hard, and a friendly, confident manner with customers
• Willingness to work weekends
