Start date / duration From 01.01.2027 for 12 months Our Investment Promotion department supports cooperative banks in identifying and utilizing suitable public funding programs for investment projects, for example, offers from the KfW Development Bank. The focus is particularly on investments in climate protection, environment, globalization, social change, as well as digitalization and innovation. The Investment Promotion Development department shapes the business model with a special focus on digitalization and automation. As a working student, you will gain practical insights into data-driven management, reporting, and the further development of digital processes.

• You support our team with data management for controlling and reporting purposes in the Investment Promotion area.
• You prepare data from internal sources in a structured manner and help ensure reliable data quality.
• You participate in the creation and further development of reports, dashboards, and control information, especially in Microsoft Power BI.
• You support the analysis and documentation of data origins, data models, processes, and technical logic.
• You help identify manual workflows and gradually digitize and automate them with Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate.
• You take on a fixed set of tasks so that you can start independently on your working days.

• You are studying full-time, ideally in IT, Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a quantitative focus, or a comparable field from the 4th bachelor semester or in a master's program.
• You are interested in data management, reporting, controlling, and digital processes and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience with Microsoft Power BI or comparable analysis and visualization tools.
• Initial contact with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataiku, or databases is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are characterized by a structured, careful, and independent way of working; at the same time, you enjoy working in a team and communicate appropriately for the target audience.
• You have very good German and good English skills.
• You are ideally available to us for 19.5 hours per week.
