• As Product Owner Capital Markets / Banking (m/f/d) you are responsible for the functional new and further development of complex software solutions for our capital markets business – from the first idea to launch.
• You design digital platforms for corporate customers as well as Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and make it easier for them to access capital markets, market analyses, recommendations for action and digital services.
• You use AI technologies in requirements management and software development, participate in pilot projects for AI-supported development methods and develop new forms of collaboration with the team.
• You coordinate requirements from customers, sales, trading and IT, identify optimization opportunities in the capital markets business and develop economically viable software solutions from them.
• You create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog and coordinate implementation with the development teams and other stakeholders.
• You ensure timely, cost-effective and high-quality development, are responsible for acceptance and launch, and ensure stable operation together with application management.

• Excellently completed university degree or equivalent academic qualification
• Several years of professional experience in managing software applications in the capital markets environment, preferably with reference to derivative interest rate, money market and currency products
• Extensive practice as a Product Owner and in agile project management as well as confident handling of common applications such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Figma or Microsoft Project
• Sound understanding of financial markets and their products as well as a pronounced interest in technological developments
• Very good German and English, both written and spoken
