DCM Originator SSA

As a DCM Originator SSA, you will support international SSA issuers, advise their treasury and funding managers and win mandates for bond issues. You will work at DZ BANK, the central bank of Germany's cooperative banks.

• Supporting international SSA issuers, advising their treasury and funding managers and winning mandates for benchmarks, sub-benchmarks and taps
• Analyzing markets and products, preparing client presentations and supporting issuers in structuring and implementing capital markets transactions
• Concluding derivatives transactions to hedge issuer risks and coordinating the necessary prerequisites, especially swap framework agreements and credit lines
• Supporting private placements, investor relations activities and conferences and working with other teams
• Applying knowledge of distributed ledger technology, secondary market trading, auction markets and repo markets to issuer support
• Using, marketing and further developing the department's digital applications, including InGen, ESG Locate and the issuer cockpit

• Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in bond origination or syndication, capital markets business, or the issuance or marketing of fixed-income ESG products
• Experience acquiring and advising capital markets clients, ideally with existing contacts among relevant decision-makers, as well as knowledge of the SSA issuer group
• Sound understanding of bonds, registered bonds, promissory note loans and related interest-rate and currency swaps, as well as practical experience in pricing and concluding issuance swaps
• Good knowledge of the primary market, mandate acquisition and compliant processing of bond issues, as well as the sustainable bond market and relevant ESG product parameters
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Bloomberg and other capital markets applications
• Fluent English, spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Willingness to take business trips lasting several days in Germany and abroad
