Senior Consultant Process Mining

As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d), you will manage process mining initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle – from ideation through proofs of value to successful implementation – and support the specialist departments in subsequent line operations.

Management of Process Mining initiatives across the entire lifecycle – from ideation through proofs of value to successful implementation – and support for specialist departments in subsequent line operations. Consulting on the definition of key figures, the design of data structures and the validation of results as well as on the identification, evaluation and prioritization of Process Mining potentials. Conducting optimization workshops, analyzing technical requirements and deriving concrete measures to improve end-to-end processes. Positioning and marketing of the Process Mining topic area and active support in acquiring new customers and business opportunities. Technical application management of the Process Mining tool mpmX including ongoing operation and continuous further development. Planning and coordination of releases including requirements management, test and acceptance processes and associated documentation. Support and training of users and creation of required user documentation.

Successfully completed degree: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field such as Business Administration or Economics. Professional experience in Process Mining and technical understanding of data structures, process analyses and the implementation of Process Mining solutions. Experience in the conception, management and execution of projects and optimization workshops as well as knowledge of CIP and Lean Management. Experience in holistic process optimization, particularly in the identification, analysis and design of business processes. User practice with the Process Mining tool mpmX or comparable applications and knowledge of Qlik desirable. Confidence in applying data analysis, KPI and process modelling methods, ideally complemented by knowledge of application support as well as requirements and test management. Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
