Customer Management Specialist, VR Private Banking DE/LU

Responsible customer management role for wealth management solutions and foreign-currency investments in VR Private Banking, including process optimisation, project work and regulatory implementation.

Reviewing and accepting contract documents; communicating with cooperative banks; managing customer relationships from account opening through settlement; handling day-to-day business; arranging master-data creation and forwarding cases; supporting private-banking advisers and managers; coordinating customer and product setup; reviewing and optimising processes; taking on projects; complying with legal, regulatory and internal requirements; designing and implementing process and system changes.

Completed banking apprenticeship and further professional qualification through training and work experience; ideally a degree in business administration or economics; industry knowledge or several years of experience in securities and customer business; experience in process optimisation and digital transformation; high motivation; systematic approach; technical aptitude; resilience; team orientation; ability to work independently and take responsibility.
