Independent filling of vacant positions from briefing through contract signing to successful onboarding. Candidate screening and conducting interviews (telephone, virtual, on-site). Collaboration with specialist departments and support in determining future recruitment needs. Creation, posting and maintenance of job advertisements. Building and maintaining talent pools and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Coordination and participation in career fairs. Support with reporting relevant KPIs and continuous process optimization.

Completed degree with a focus on human resources. Several years of professional experience in operational HR, ideally in in-house recruiting. Sound knowledge of MS Office and experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Softgarden, Recruitee). Initial experience in active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn) an advantage. Knowledge of German labour law; basic knowledge of Luxembourg labour law an advantage. Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when dealing with specialist departments and candidates. Open, unbiased approach to applicants and promotion of diversity. Structured, independent working style with a strong service orientation.
