About this Apprenticeship
As a specialist salesperson, you delight customers with high-quality meat and sausage products. You learn about quality assurance, sales promotion and understanding customer needs.
What You'll Learn
- Advising customers on fresh sausage and meat products and their preparation
- Maintaining, checking and presenting products
- Learning how to process meat correctly
- Designing the sales counter to promote sales and creating products for platter service, gift service and finger food
Requirements
- At least a lower secondary school-leaving certificate
- Awareness of hygiene and compliance with regulations
- Enjoyment of interacting with people
- Understanding of sales techniques for increasing revenue and customer loyalty
- Motivation and willingness to contribute
