Apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson - 2027

During the three-year apprenticeship, you will become an all-rounder in the store and learn about customer service, merchandise management, hygiene, checkout operations and sales data.

Learning about the flow of goods from purchasing through storage to sales; designing counters and shelves to promote sales and helping plan the range; complying with and checking hygiene regulations; advising customers with specialist knowledge; working at the checkout, handling settlements and analysing sales data.

At least a lower secondary school certificate; enjoyment of fresh food and a varied range of products; interest in business processes; motivation, commitment and willingness to take responsibility.
