Your apprenticeship lasts 3 years. Under certain conditions, it can be shortened with good performance. Afterwards, you will have the qualification as a retail merchant (m/f/d) – a foundation for a fast career and for self-employment at EDEKA. During the apprenticeship, you will go through varied fields of activity, and with exclusive further training programs we will push you to even more success, step by step. Here you can specialize, for example, in the areas of "Procurement-oriented merchandise management", "Consulting and sales", "Merchandise management analysis", and "Control and monitoring". Additionally, you have the opportunity to acquire the additional qualification "Basics of entrepreneurial self-employment". In addition to vocational school, you attend seminars that only EDEKA offers in this form, providing you with important additional information. Still unsure?
