About this Apprenticeship
- In the practical part of the program, you will handle tasks such as goods receipt, product presentation, customer conversations, and business processes. You won't just observe but can gradually prove your leadership qualities. This way, you'll be ready for a responsible position right after your studies – for example as department head or deputy store manager in retail.
- Goods Receipt & Warehouse: You learn everything about proper storage and care of goods, check deliveries, and store goods
- Advertising & Sales Promotion: You develop creative concepts for product presentation and conduct sales conversations independently
- Analysis: You analyze merchandise management system data and calculate relevant KPIs
- Store Processes: You support goods disposition in the store
- Advertising & Sales Promotion: You develop creative concepts for product presentation and conduct sales conversations independently
- Store Organization: You accompany personnel deployment planning in your store and coordinate employees

Requirements
- As an admission requirement, you need the university entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur)
- You love food just as much as we do
- You have a good understanding of logical topics
- You are interested in business processes
- You can organize yourself independently
- You are highly motivated and show willingness to perform
