Good secondary school diploma or intermediate school leaving certificate; Interest in practical activities, e.g. welding and outdoor work; Physical resilience and care as well as willingness to perform and commit; Flexibility, as working conditions and locations change depending on the construction project; Teamwork, prudence, quick reaction and spatial imagination; Good German skills (at least level C1)
