Development of new products and technical solutions in the field of locking and fitting technology Design layout of components, assemblies and mechanisms Creation of 3D CAD models, drawings and technical documentation Development of customer-specific solutions Technical evaluation of concepts regarding function, costs, manufacturability Performance of technical calculations and tolerance analyses Coordination with production, quality, purchasing, sales and suppliers Participation in innovation and standardization projects

• Development of new products and technical solutions in the field of locking and fitting technology
• Design layout of components, assemblies and mechanisms
• Creation of 3D CAD models, drawings and technical documentation
• Development of customer-specific solutions
• Technical evaluation of concepts regarding function, costs, manufacturability
• Performance of technical calculations and tolerance analyses
• Coordination with production, quality, purchasing, sales and suppliers
• Participation in innovation and standardization projects

• Completed degree e.g. mechanical engineering with focus on design or completed commercial training e.g. toolmaker with subsequent completed technician training.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar task and a similar industry
• Very good CAD skills and experience with the entire product development process
• Very good English skills
• Good knowledge of software programs PTC Creo (CAD) and MS Office
