• Execution, coordination, and participation in the development and implementation of corrective actions for series deliveries in the supply chain using relevant methods and the CAQ system Babtec
• Transfer of findings from complaints into suitable systematic and preventive measures
• Establishment of sustainable measures to prevent recurrence of errors
• Participation in the creation and maintenance of inspection plans for zinc die-cast parts
• Acceptance of first-run parts
• Representation of the quality department in shopfloor meetings and coordination of quality-relevant topics
• Structured processing of internal and external supplier complaints
• Analysis and resolution of quality problems in production
• Release and blocking of critical items as well as assessment of presented rework
• Monitoring of product quality and worker self-inspections
• Training of skilled workers in the use of measuring and testing equipment
• Follow-up on tasks and verification of the effectiveness of measures from complaints

• Technical training e.g., as a toolmaker or foundry mechanic
• Several years of experience in series production of a foundry, complaint handling, and problem solving
• Ability to work quickly but with high precision and reliability
• Ability to work in a team and proactively coordinate with colleagues on relevant topics
• Strong character with the ability to advocate quality positions and convince others
• Confident handling of technical drawings and inspection characteristics
