Apprenticeship Electronics Technician for Operations Technology Bamberg

At Bayernwerk Netz GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of E.ON, you start your 3.5-year apprenticeship as an electronics technician for operations technology in Bamberg on 1 September 2027. You spend one third of your training time each at the training center in Bayreuth, the customer center in Bamberg and the vocational school in Bayreuth.

• How electricity gets to where it is needed, whether in homes, industrial plants or EV charging stations.
• How to install, maintain and repair high-voltage and low-voltage grids and transformers, and move safely in substations.
• How to identify and fix faults in the power grid and make sure our energy network runs reliably around the clock.

• You will soon have your intermediate school certificate or a good secondary school certificate.
• You find math, physics and technology exciting, especially when you can try them out yourself on the local energy grid.
• You are hands-on and tough – working outdoors in wind and weather does not put you off.
• You are reliable, willing to learn and want to make a real difference together with others.
• Color recognition is no problem for you (important when working with cables).
• You have a sense of safety at work and for your team.
• Very good German skills (at least B2) round off your profile.
