Apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Vilshofen

During your 3.5-year apprenticeship at Bayernwerk, you will gradually become an electronics technician for industrial engineering, a profession with power, prospects and purpose. You will spend one third of your training at the training center in Regensburg, one third at the customer center in Vilshofen and one third at the vocational school in Regensburg.

• How electricity reaches wherever it is needed, whether in homes, industrial facilities or electric vehicle charging stations.
• How to install, maintain and repair high-voltage and low-voltage networks and transformers, and move safely around substations.
• How to identify and fix faults in the electricity network and ensure that our energy network runs reliably around the clock.

• You will soon have your intermediate school-leaving certificate or a good lower secondary school certificate.
• You find mathematics, physics and technology exciting, especially when you can try things out on the local energy network yourself.
• You are hands-on and not put off by working outdoors in wind and weather.
• You are reliable, eager to learn and want to achieve something together with others.
• You have no problems distinguishing colors, which is important when working with cables.
• You have a strong sense of workplace and team safety.
• Very good German skills, at least B2, complete your profile.
