The position is initially limited to 1 year with the goal of a long-term collaboration.

• You work flexibly and self-organized in your area – with your own company car and fuel card.
• You visit debtors personally on site and find individual solutions with a lot of empathy and tact.
• In case of inability to pay, you also organize the vehicle takeover.
• You stand for EOS quality standards and preserve the reputation of our clients.
• When needed, you represent colleagues in neighboring areas and ensure team cohesion.
• You are open to new tools and digital solutions to make your working day efficient.

• Professional experience in dealing with customers or in commercial field service: you are familiar with personal conversations and bring empathy. We are looking for personalities - not specific degrees.
• German language skills at native level and a class B driver's license.
• Residence in the area of operation and self-organization: for short travel distances and flexible assignments.
• You always strike the right tone to adequately address difficult personal situations as well as to show the necessary consistency when it matters.
• You are proficient in using digital tools and have a high willingness to learn: so that you can apply new solutions quickly.
