• Study and practice alternating: At the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA) you complete your three-year bachelor's program and apply your learned knowledge directly with us.
• Deep insights: You get to know the various departments of the EOS Group and dive into our core business of receivables management.
• Take responsibility: Together with colleagues who support you with advice and action, you are actively integrated into daily business and take on responsible tasks in exciting projects.
• Your focus areas: You deal with data-related topics – from the development of artificial intelligence to the provision of big data technologies. You also learn requirements analysis, conception, implementation and testing of applications.
• International perspective: Besides varied practical assignments, you have the chance to gain valuable experience during an international assignment at one of our EOS locations.

• You have completed your high school diploma with very good grades in German, Mathematics and English, thus meeting the admission requirements of HSBA.
• You have a pronounced interest in computer science, financial topics and business contexts.
• New subject areas motivate you and you enjoy continuously learning and developing personally.
• You approach complex questions analytically and contribute your ideas independently and solution-oriented in practice.
• You use digital media confidently in everyday life and routinely handle common Microsoft Office programs.
