IT Business Analyst in Credit Agencies

Become part of a team where business expertise and technology work hand in hand. In the Prelegal and Collection Enabling team at EOS, you shape the data and process landscape from the first reminder and credit agency reporting through pre-litigation topics to the closing of claims. Your focus is on analyzing and modeling processes and data related to credit agencies.

• You are responsible for processes around data exchange with credit agencies such as SCHUFA and CRIF, analyze reporting chains as well as new, change and deletion reports, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and carry out regular data reconciliations and database clean-ups.
• You analyze and model end-to-end processes and data flows, identify optimization potential such as automation and standardization and derive viable solutions from it.
• You manage business requirements management from capture through design to the assessment and prioritization of requirements, split them into epics and write user stories for implementation.
• You develop test concepts, plan functional tests, define requirements for test automation and ensure the quality, stability and compliance of the implemented solutions.
• You work closely with business departments, IT, data protection, legal and internal and external partners and support requirements from idea to productive implementation.

• You have experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, process manager or in a comparable role, and ideally bring knowledge of credit agencies such as SCHUFA or CRIF. Terms such as reporting chain, change report and deletion report are familiar to you.
• You work analytically and conceptually strongly, quickly structure complex matters and translate business, technical, legal and data protection requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
• You take responsibility for your topics, make well-founded decisions and keep an overview even in complex contexts. You communicate in an audience-appropriate and reliable way with business departments, IT and external partners and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Thanks to your deep understanding of data and your hands-on SQL skills, you analyze data and data flows with ease.
• You use AI tools strategically to optimize processes in your department and support others in using AI effectively.
• Finally, you communicate fluently in German and confidently in English, both spoken and written.
