About this Apprenticeship
- We are currently looking for debt collection managers for two different focus areas. Depending on your previous knowledge and in a personal interview, we will together find the position that best suits you.
- Out-of-court debt collection:
- Written assertion of outstanding claims and processing of complaints
- Conducting inbound and outbound telephony
- Agreement of individual payment arrangements with customers
- Development and implementation of suitable solutions for defaulting customers
- Conducting out-of-court dunning proceedings and preparation of court dunning proceedings
- Court debt collection:
- Processing of B2B claims at the court stage
- Contacting defaulting customers
- Initiation and accompaniment of court dunning proceedings
- Initiation and execution of enforcement measures
- Correspondence with customers, debtors, courts and lawyers
What You'll Learn

Requirements
- Completed commercial or legal training, e.g. as a legal assistant, notary assistant, office clerk, industrial clerk, dialogue marketing clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Initial knowledge in the field of debt collection or receivables management
- Good understanding of legal topics
- Good German and English skills in word and writing
