About this Apprenticeship

- You are responsible for the administration and optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment
- Project focus: You take over the structured handover and continuation of the telecommunications infrastructure and ensure smooth operation
- Migration of our cloud telecommunications
- Contact person for complex support requests in the area of Unified Communications
- Experience with MS 365 (Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive)
- Know-how in the administration of cloud telecommunications systems
- Structured way of working for taking over existing projects
- Very good German skills in word and writing
- Knowledge in the area of AD/DNS is an advantage
