• You support our customers via phone and email to clarify their concerns and questions
• As the first point of contact, you are available to all involved partners to ensure smooth communication
• Your task also includes the communicative and technical support of our customers' debtor management processes to ensure they run efficiently

• A completed vocational training, e.g. as an office clerk, industrial clerk, hotel specialist, retail clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Also welcome as a career changer (m/f/d)
• Experience with the complete MS Office package desirable
• Good German language skills in word and writing
