State-Examined Commercial Assistant, Foreign Languages Specialization

The training provides sound commercial knowledge, organizational skills, advanced media competence, negotiation and presentation skills, and translation and telephone communication skills. Subjects include Business English, Spanish or French, information processing, procurement and marketing, management and control, and personnel and organization.

Intermediate school-leaving certificate with an average grade of at least 3.5 or promotion to the upper secondary school; proof of primary residence in Hamburg; good English skills, at least grade 3 on the final certificate; good knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage.
