• Analysis of material flow, actual vs. target, plus visualization
• Redefining the assignment of products to saws (considering capacity per machine and even utilization)
• Checking, sorting and standardizing the clamping devices
• Creating standardization and visualization of OIS/CIS/WIS/5S
• Analysis and implementation of moving the basket divider flows and basket divider dismantling into production logistics (production orders from the Kanban warehouse via logistics call)
• Reviewing new basket dividers (stability, dimensional accuracy, color for WRB/2TNr.) and coordinating with GKF Hassel
• Implementing sink buffer visualization at the start workstation
• Analysis of the reporting logic at the start workstation (quantity deviations)
• Implementation and training of all newly defined processes

• Studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree program, ideally as part of a bachelor's or master's thesis
• Good knowledge of data analysis and spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, SQL knowledge an advantage)
• Interest in maintenance processes, production systems and data-driven optimization approaches
• Good German skills, spoken and written, English skills an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working
