Internship in HR Employee Services at the Saarland Site

Festo is seeking support in HR Employee Services at its Saarland site from July 1, 2026. The internship covers personnel management, administrative tasks and applicant management.

• Support personnel management for designated business areas
• Provide operational support in carrying out and coordinating various HR processes and correspondence
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing mail, coordinating appointments and managing access badges, including issuing and replacing badges
• Handle employee enquiries
• Maintain and prepare data in Excel
• Support applicant management, including correspondence and appointment coordination with applicants

• Studying Business Administration, Economics or Business Law with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally some practical experience in personnel management
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly very good Excel skills
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Strong commitment, ability to work independently, strong teamwork skills and a focus on customer needs
