Internship in HR Employer Branding / Recruitment Marketing

Festo is seeking support in Talent Acquisition from February or March 2027, ideally for six months. The team develops creative recruitment, employer branding and recruitment marketing activities, with a focus on a positive applicant experience.

• Help organise and carry out our recruitment and university marketing activities, such as in-house events and video shoots for our careers website
• Actively help shape our employer branding activities on social media and develop content for our target audiences on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Plan and support video shoots, edit videos and help develop our social media activities
• Support our onboarding activities and help plan and run introductory events for new employees
• Help with university and career fairs from planning through follow-up, and attend the events in person
• Take independent responsibility for parts of projects and actively contribute to current employer branding projects
• Help manage and coordinate our student engagement and scholarship programmes
• Help develop and carry out activities aimed at attracting students

• You are studying Business Administration, ideally with a focus on HR or Marketing, Communication Studies or a comparable subject
• Ideally, you have some experience in HR or Marketing
• You are enthusiastic about social media and current HR and employer branding trends, and enjoy contributing your own ideas and suggestions
• You have good written and spoken German and English
• Your strengths include a careful, organised and proactive approach to work, very good communication skills and strong teamwork skills
• You also show strong commitment, organisational skills and enjoyment of independent and creative work
• Ideally, you hold a category B driving licence
