About this Apprenticeship
Your general expertise in building technology central sales sanitation, installation, heating and ventilation and your skillful handling of customers are required. Your competence and friendliness on the phone determine how well they feel cared for. After thorough training in all products and processes, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You manage 'your' fixed customer base and build and expand customer loyalty. Your tasks range from consultation to active sales, individual offer creation and tracking to order processing. In everything you do, you work closely with our field service. You are also supported by our well-coordinated specialist department teams. Here everyone helps everyone!

- Commercial and/or technical training and comprehensive knowledge of our industry heating, sanitation, installation and air conditioning/ventilation
- Confident appearance and technical understanding to be able to help our customers trustingly
