Apprenticeship at COLLIN Group

Hey guys, my name is Dominik and I have been doing my apprenticeship at the COLLIN Group for almost 3 months. In this short time I have already experienced and learned a lot and I would like to share my impressions with you. At the moment I am in sales, specifically in the telephone internal service. Hard to believe that in this short time, while other apprentices from other companies have only gotten to know one department, I have already gained insights into the departments of warehousing, calculation, and HR/training. The work environment here is super pleasant – all colleagues are extremely helpful and friendly. They take the time to explain everything to me in detail. They are also always at my side when I have questions. That naturally makes it easier for me to familiarize myself with new tasks and feel comfortable quickly. My first conclusion is therefore a varied apprenticeship offered here. With responsibility that you are allowed to take on from the start. I am already looking forward to getting to know many more departments in the coming months and above all learning something new from my colleagues every day. So if you are looking for an exciting and varied apprenticeship, I can only warmly recommend the apprenticeship here. The support and collegial cooperation are truly unique. My current workplace with top-notch equipment: two monitors, a laptop, and a modern headset telephony. Embedded in an open and friendly open-plan office.
