Strong training with prospects: our in-house academy supports you throughout the entire apprenticeship and prepares you specifically for your exams. Takeover & further development: after your apprenticeship we cover the costs for your master craftsman, paediatric acoustics or CI further training. Fair training: our apprenticeship is independently certified as 'Fair Training' – awarded by our own apprentices. Attractive remuneration: €800 in the 1st year, €950 in the 2nd year, €1,050 in the 3rd year – plus 25 days' holiday. More money for good performance: good performance is rewarded with bonuses and premium payments. Deutschland-Ticket: we cover 50% of the costs for your Deutschland-Ticket. €50 extra per month: with your Edenred card you get an additional €50 per month on top of your salary. We cover your vocational school stays in Lübeck and the associated costs. At the same time you get to know apprentices and colleagues from all over Germany. Accompany customers personally on site – from first conversation to better hearing; learn structure and function of the ear; work with state-of-the-art hearing aid technology, get to know AI-supported hearing systems; learn technical craft: pre-setting hearing aids, ear impressions, milling of earpieces; conduct hearing tests and measurements with modern technology, interpret results; find solutions together with customers for daily life and personal needs; work in team and gradually take on more responsibility

Curiosity and desire to constantly acquire new knowledge (from ear anatomy to modern hearing technology); enjoyment of working with people, listening, asking questions, finding joint solutions; open and respectful interaction with customers, colleagues and others; proactive approach, not waiting to be told what to do next; reliable and careful work, adherence to agreements; teamwork and willingness to take responsibility for own tasks; enthusiasm for the combination of people, craftsmanship, natural sciences and modern technology; intermediate school leaving certificate, very good lower secondary school leaving certificate or soon to obtain one; German language skills at least B2 level
