Strong apprenticeship with perspective: Our in-house academy supports you throughout the entire apprenticeship and prepares you specifically for your exams. Takeover & further development: After your apprenticeship we cover the costs for your master craftsman, pediatric acoustics, or CI further training. Attractive remuneration: €800 in the 1st year, €950 in the 2nd year, and €1,050 in the 3rd year – plus 25 days vacation. Germany Ticket: We cover 50% of the cost of your Germany Ticket. €50 extra per month: With your Edenred card you get an additional €50 per month on top of your salary. You personally accompany customers on site – from the first conversation to the moment they hear better again. You deal with the structure and function of the ear and learn what good hearing has to do with our body and perception. You work with state-of-the-art hearing aid technology and learn about AI-supported hearing systems, among other things. You learn the technical craft: from pre-setting hearing systems to ear impressions and milling of otoplastics. You conduct hearing tests and measurements with modern technology and learn to interpret the results correctly. Together with customers you find solutions that fit their daily life and personal needs. You work in a team and gradually take on more responsibility.

You are curious and eager to constantly acquire new knowledge – from ear anatomy to modern hearing technology. You enjoy working with people and take pleasure in listening, asking questions, and finding good solutions together. You approach others openly and respectfully – regardless of whether you are dealing with customers, colleagues, or other people. You like to get stuck in yourself and don't wait for someone to always tell you what to do next. You work reliably and carefully and keep agreements. You like working in a team and can take responsibility for your own tasks. You are excited by the combination of people, craftsmanship, natural sciences, and modern technology. You have a middle school diploma (Mittlere Reife), a very good secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss), or are about to obtain one. You speak German at least at B2 level so you can communicate confidently in the specialist store and at vocational school.
