Apprenticeship as Hearing Aid Acoustician

As a hearing aid acoustician, you personally accompany customers – from the first conversation to improved hearing. You deal with the structure and function of the ear, state-of-the-art hearing aid technology (including AI-supported systems), technical craftsmanship (pre-setting of hearing systems, ear impressions, milling of earmolds), hearing tests and measurements, and jointly finding solutions for customers' daily lives. You work in a team and gradually take on responsibility.

Personally accompany customers – from initial consultation to better hearing; understand structure and function of the ear; learn modern hearing aid technology and AI-supported systems; technical craftsmanship: pre-setting hearing systems, ear impressions, milling earmolds; conduct and evaluate hearing tests and measurements with modern technology; jointly find suitable solutions for customers' daily lives and needs; work in a team and gradually assume responsibility.

Intermediate school diploma (Mittlerer Schulabschluss), very good lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) or about to obtain it; German skills at least B2 level; curiosity and desire to constantly acquire new knowledge (from ear anatomy to modern hearing technology); enjoyment of working with people, listening, asking questions, finding solutions together; open and respectful interaction; initiative, reliability, care, teamwork, willingness to take responsibility; enthusiasm for the combination of people, craftsmanship, natural sciences and modern technology.

Strong apprenticeship with prospects through in-house academy; takeover & further development: coverage of costs for master craftsman, pedagogical acoustics or CI further training after apprenticeship; certified "Fair Apprenticeship"; attractive remuneration: €800 in 1st year, €950 in 2nd year, €1,050 in 3rd year plus 25 days vacation; premiums and bonus payments for good performance; 50% coverage of Germany Ticket costs; €50 extra per month via Edenred card; coverage of costs for vocational school stays in Lübeck; meaningful work – solutions that improve quality of life; open first-name culture from management to interns.
