Strong apprenticeship with perspective: Our in-house academy accompanies you throughout the entire apprenticeship and prepares you specifically for your exams.

You personally accompany customers on site – from the first conversation to the moment they hear better again. You deal with the structure and function of the ear and learn what good hearing has to do with our body and perception. You work with state-of-the-art hearing aid technology and get to know, among other things, AI-supported hearing systems. You learn the technical craft: from pre-setting hearing systems to ear impressions and milling of otoplastics. You conduct hearing tests and measurements with modern technology and learn to interpret the results correctly. Together with customers you find solutions that fit their daily life and personal needs. You work in a team and gradually take on more responsibility.

You are excited by the combination of people, craftsmanship, natural sciences and modern technology. You have an intermediate school diploma, a very good secondary school diploma or are about to obtain one. You speak German at least at B2 level so that you can communicate confidently in the specialist shop and at vocational school.

Takeover & further development: After your apprenticeship we cover the costs for your master craftsman, pedagogical acoustics or CI further training. Fair apprenticeship: Our apprenticeship is independently certified as 'Fair Apprenticeship' – and thus awarded by our own apprentices. Attractive remuneration: 800 € in the 1st year, 950 € in the 2nd year and 1,050 € in the 3rd year – plus 25 days vacation. More money for good performance: Good performance is rewarded with premiums and bonus payments. Deutschland-Ticket: We cover 50% of the costs for your Deutschland-Ticket. 50 € extra per month: With your Edenred card you get an additional 50 € per month on top of your salary. Your vocational school stays in Lübeck and the associated costs are covered by us. In the process you get to know apprentices and colleagues from all over Germany.
