What You'll Learn
- Producing recipes and testing raw materials
- Quality control of our products, e.g., tile adhesives
- Conducting chemical analyses and documenting results
- Operating laboratory and production equipment
- Practical application of safety and environmental protection regulations
Requirements
- At least a good intermediate school diploma (Realschule)
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for chemistry, math, and natural sciences
- Creativity, care, and manual dexterity
- Desire to work hands-on in the lab and on production equipment

- Apprenticeship duration: 3.5 years early completion possible: if you show strong performance, you can take your exam early or shorten the apprenticeship
- Top earnings under chemical industry collective agreement: 1,201 € in 1st apprenticeship year up to 1,477 € in 4th apprenticeship year annual bonus 100%, holiday pay 700 €
- Annual bonus 100%, holiday pay 700 €
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 30 days vacation
- Digital equipment: iPad or notebook (depending on profession)
- Mobility & internationality: travel cost reimbursement, EU exchange programs
- Personal support: fixed contact person, regular feedback
- Exam preparation: two days paid leave
- Takeover chances: we want our apprentices to stay – if you're committed and show your strengths, chances are great
- Your perspective after apprenticeship: pay group E7 – 3,820 € (under chemical industry collective agreement as of May 2026)
