• Separating substance mixtures, e.g. by filtering and distilling
• Examining substances with modern analysis devices
• 35% central training for basics in our own training laboratory
• 65% practice-oriented, on-the-job training in the specialist units, e.g. research, development, product control

• At least a good Realschule certificate
• English skills to apply English-language regulations
• Enjoyment of natural sciences, especially chemistry
• Sense of responsibility, accuracy and care at work
• Curiosity and creativity
