Control and monitor production processes; maintain equipment and troubleshoot faults; take samples; conduct inspection rounds

Qualifying secondary school diploma, intermediate school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification; interest in chemistry and physics; technical understanding, manual dexterity; abstract thinking ability; cooperation and communication skills, team spirit; high sense of responsibility

Collective bargaining apprenticeship remuneration of 1,217 EUR (1st training year from 01.01.2027); 38.5-hour week; 30 days vacation; vacation bonus 700 EUR in April; Christmas bonus in November (= 1 month's salary); profit sharing in April (up to 18% of annual gross); work clothing and equipment, including an iPad; bonus system for good ideas; affordable meals in the canteen; takeover guarantee upon professional and personal suitability
