About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- You will rotate through our production departments: preparation, mixing station, grinding room & filling, and learn the respective processes.
- You set up the equipment for the production process and operate it during the manufacturing and processing process.
- You check product quality during manufacturing and make corrections when necessary.
- You will get to know our in-house laboratories and our external technical center.
Requirements
- A very good lower secondary school diploma or a good intermediate secondary school diploma.
- Grades give a first impression, but your initiative, team spirit and flexibility are just as important to us.
- You are interested in and enjoy mathematics and chemistry.
- You have manual dexterity and a good technical understanding.
- You are enthusiastic about colors and their diverse applications.
- You like to communicate, appear friendly and approach other people openly.
