• Purchasing and procurement: Negotiating with suppliers and ensuring that we always have the best materials and services available is part of your work.
• Sales and marketing: You help us create the best offers, handle customer inquiries, and plan various marketing campaigns.
• Human resources: When it comes to our teams, you support the recruitment of new talent and organize important training sessions.
• Finance and accounting: Processing invoices, determining and analyzing key figures, deriving possible actions, monitoring payments, and preparing important financial reports are part of your work and help ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Project work: You contribute your own ideas to various projects, support planning and implementation, and create engaging presentations.
• Communication and organization: You maintain contacts and build networks, organize meetings and events, and show us your communication skills!

• A school-leaving qualification by the start of the training program (entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or general university entrance qualification), with good grades in mathematics, German, and English
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and the commitment to actively contribute to your apprenticeship
