What You'll Learn
- Monitoring and operating chemical plants
- Producing chemical products according to recipe
- Documentation and evaluations of the production process
- Maintenance, calibration and care of the plants in the pilot plant
- Carrying out physical and chemical quality controls
- Complying with safety standards and regulations
Requirements
- At least a Realschule diploma
- Interest in production processes
- Good mathematical and technical understanding
- Ability to concentrate, care, and the ability to work independently
- Motivation and curiosity – whether straight after school or by a detour: with suitable aptitude, everyone gets a chance at Heraeus
