• Setting up, checking and maintaining machines, drives, pumps and entire plants
• Carrying out regular maintenance and repair work
• Creating piping systems
• Manufacturing workpieces according to technical drawings
• Fault finding and rectification

• Interest in technical processes
• Good extended first school certificate (10A) or intermediate school certificate
• Good mathematical skills
• Manual dexterity
